Register to Vote

All U.S. citizens who are Arizona residents and at least 18 years old by Election Day are eligible to register and vote. The deadline to register is 29 days before an election.

A: Arizona requires voter ID at the polls. Acceptable forms include driver's license, AZ ID card, tribal enrollment card, military ID, or other government-issued photo ID. Mail ballot voters do not need to show ID at the polls.

A: Sign up for Arizona's Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL) through the Maricopa County voter portal. You'll automatically receive a mail ballot for every election.

A: A Precinct Committeeperson is an elected or appointed representative for the Democratic Party at the most grassroots level. They register voters, get out the vote, and represent their precinct within the party structure.

A: You must update your voter registration if you've moved. You can update online at the AZ SOS website up to 29 days before the election.
